Tree Lighting & Trees for Troops

Join NAS Whiting Field in the Atrium for Christmas carols with the Blue Anchor Belles and squadron ornament hanging. The fun starts at 3 p.m., the ornament ceremony at 4:30 p.m. and the tree lighting at 5 p.m. To register for a tree from Trees for Troops, call the MWR Ticket and Travel office at 850-665-6250.

 

Dec. 6

Light Up Milton

Enjoy the festive lights of Historic Downtown Milton along with caroling, carriage rides, Christmas market, the Pyrates Lighted Boat Parade and ending the night with fireworks at 8:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.sracf.org/light-up-milton.

 

Tree Lighting & Winter Wonderland

The 1 SOFSS is excited to invite all DoD ID holders and their guests to Tree Lighting & Winter Wonderland at the historical Memorial Air Park on Hurlburt Field AFB from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Admission is free to everyone with base access and their guests. For more information, call 850-884-4252.

 

Jingle Market

ECWR Grand Opening

The community is invited to Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge’s grand opening at 9 a.m. Flag raising ceremony starts at 8:30 a.m. There will have educational booths, craft tables and tours of the education facility located at 3051 Clopton’s Circle in Navarre. Christmas in the Park & Parade

Join the Navarre Chamber for a full day of Christmas fun. Lighted Boat Parade

The Lighted Boat Parade will set sail at 6:30 p.m. from Sabine Marina making its way to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. After the boat parade, Santa will be at the Quietwater Shell to greet children. Gulf Breeze Holiday Parade

A Downtown Holiday

Surfing Santa Beach Parade

Thousands of children, parents and other spectators make their way to Pensacola Beach at 2 p.m. to see Santa Claus make his way down Via De Luna Drive. Children will be able to meet and greet with Santa until 3 p.m. at the Gulfside Pavilion at Casino Beach. Call Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce at 850-932-1500 for more info.

 

Dec. 13

Christmas on the Coast

Christmas with the Krewe

Christmas ZOObilee

Christmas ZOObilee features live music, performances, contests, food, artists, pictures with Santa and a Candy Cane Market Dec. 14, 15, 21 & 22. Pace Christmas Parade

This year’s parade will be at 10 a.m. Applications may be picked up at Firehouse#1 located at 4773 Pace Patriot Blvd. or downloaded online at pacefirerescuedistrict.com.

 

Community holiday event

Head over to Pensacola Veterans Memorial Park, 200 S. 10th Ave., for a celebration of the holidays. Wreaths Across America will lay wreaths at the Wall South at 9 a.m.; Toys for Tots will be collecting gifts to share with children in the community from 2 – 5 p.m.; The Pensacola Opera Carolers will provide some beautiful music from 3:30 – 5 p.m.; Santa will arrive on a fire truck and will be on hand for pictures beginning at 4 p.m.; The Christmas tree will be lit at 4:45 p.m.; and there will be complimentary hot chocolate, coffee, pastries and cookies for everyone to enjoy.
